Virginia Beach Pet Photographer
Maureen contacted me about getting photos with her dog, Ana, who has histiocytic sarcoma, a rare cancer with no cure. Ana has gone through chemo and now the cancer is back. Maureen knew she wanted to capture Ana while she is happy and full of life and we did just that. Ana got a treat when we walked around Pleasure House Point, stopping along the way for photos. Having only 3 legs doesn’t slow her down one bit and she was the happiest dog the entire time.
I wish these photos were under better circumstances, but we had a very nice evening capturing the bond these two have. I am so sorry that Ana has gone through so much, as well as all of the humans who care so deeply for her. I pray that she stays this happy and carefree for as long as possible! It is heartbreaking when you go through things like this with your animals. If only they could talk to us to tell us how they are feeling.
We finished our session just in time before we got rained on. Everything worked perfectly in our favor. Here are some favorites from our walk through the park with Maureen and Ana!
I mean just look at that face! Ana is loving life!
Ana is just as happy as she could be ❤️
I love the side tongue 😋
Ana wasn’t sure what she did to deserve a walk and tons of love and kisses along the way, but she wasn’t complaining!
The sweetest!
Maureen, thank you for giving me the opportunity to create these photos for you. I know you will cherish them!
