It is always an honor to photograph siblings and this session is one of those instances. I photographed her sister, Taylor, a few years ago and I was so excited to have the opportunity to do the same for Kaitlyn. As with Taylor, Kaitlyn wanted to include her pet in her session. But this was a first for me! Kaitlyn brought her cat with her to be included in her portraits. I don’t think the cat, Lacy, appreciated it very much, but we did get some cute shots!
We chose First Landing State Park for the beautiful trails, my favorite driftwood tree, and the beach, and we had a perfect evening for portraits after having to reschedule for the weather. Kaitlyn was so great to work with and made my job easy! Here are some favorites from our time together.
